Trinity is a recruitment partner with a different. Our senior management team come from a background of delivering infrastructure projects in rail, the built environment and the wider development world. This gives us a unique ability to truly understand the projects that are clients are undertaking and advise them on resource, skills and planning to a far greater depth than a traditional recruitment agency.

The Beginning

In 2019, the senior management team at Trinity began to meet and discuss a better way to run a recruitment business.​​Half of our board were operational within National Rail and construction projects at this time, looking after a variety of high profile signalling jobs on a consultancy basis.

Trinity Specialist Recruitment Services Formed

In 2020, Trinity Specialist Recruitment Services was formed. Combining a wealth of recruitment and resourcing experience with a keen, hands-on understanding of infrastructure, rail and construction projects. Trinity offered it's clients the chance to speak to a recruiter who truly understood the project and scope that was being discussed, not only from a staffing perspective but from one of delivery and success.

Second Office Opened

Trinity opened it's second office in Birmingham, allowing us to cater more closely to the needs of large clients working on key national rail and infrastructure projects in the Midlands. The team for Rail was expanded.
